Raised in Puglia (Southern Italy), Antonio Miucci (1994) is a fashion photographer, art director and visual artist based in Milan.
His ethic and aesthetic research, which is influenced by art, pop culture and queer/gender studies, with a versatile yet personal approach to photography and representation, the author questions the issues of identity, queerness and self-expression. Investigating beauty and kindness, vulnerability and bravery, sacred and monstrous, iconography and transformation across fashion, art and the significative use of vibrant colours, the author's will is to create symbolic and layered imagery with romantic-oniric-pop hues that travel between light and darkness, in an existentialist and archetypal key.
